Payment plans incur an additional $200 processing fee

Cancellation Policy

A $500.00 nonrefundable* deposit is due to hold your space. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the retreat.

If you need to cancel, the following terms and dates are applicable:

All cancellations made on or before June 15, 2024 are fully refundable, minus the $500 deposit. All cancellations made on or between June 16, 2024 and July 15, 2024 will be refunded fifty (50) percent of the retreat cost, minus the $500 deposit. All cancellations made on or after July 16, 2024 are non-refundable.

*ExtraordinarYou LLC and Rebekah Powell LLC reserve the right to cancel for any reason. If ExtraordinarYou LLC and Rebekah Powell LLC cancel the retreat for any reason at any time, all payments are fully refundable. If ExtraordinarYou LLC and Rebekah Powell LLC cancel, their sole responsibility to you is to return payments made toward retreat cost. ExtraordinarYou LLC and Rebekah Powell LLC are not responsible for any damages incurred by you due to retreat cancellation, including but not limited to nonrefundable flights and reservations you have made. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
